What size are your baby hats? What are they made of?
How do I care for them?

The sizing, care and yarn blend of our hats depends on which style you're asking about. How long does it take to receive my baby hat?

If we have your item in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. However, backordered hats will take longer to arrive. Customer service is very important to us and we will make every effort to get you your purchase soon as possible.

What is your shipping policy?

Most items are always in stock and ship within one or two business days of the order. You will receive an email notice with information on your shipment as soon as your order has shipped. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and may take more time to ship. We will notify you if an item will be unavailable for longer than one week. Time in transit will depend on which shipping method you chose. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply send it back in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns on baby hats that have been worn, washed, or if the tag has been removed. We do not pay for shipping.

What if I want to send my baby hat directly to someone else as a gift?

LibraKnits is happy to offer gift wrapping service during the checkout process. We will box and gift-wrap your baby hat for you at the cost of $5 per hat. Because our goal is to provide superior customer service, you will be able to choose how we wrap your baby gift during checkout. We offer three types of gift-wrap: gifts for boys, gifts for girls, and gifts for any baby. During the holidays, we also offer specific holiday gift wrap for either Hanukkah or Christmas, which is available during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Master Card as well as charges through PayPal and Google Checkout. We are a secure, verified Authorize.net merchant.

What is your privacy policy?

LibraKnits collects your name and contact information so that we might send you updates on our products and information about sales or special events. We won't provide your information to anyone else.
